Easy to use!

Each Locking system comprises of the following:

• PC (located at reception)
• Software (Encoder for the cards)
• Locks (physical locks on the doors)
• Cards (the Smartcard to open the door)

Upon Installation, each lock is issued a unique ID via the smartcard, so that it knows to which room it belongs.

• As a guest checks in, the receptionist or user selects the room number on the software to which the guest will be staying
• Once processed, the Encoder will write this information onto a blank card….acting now as the guest KEY!
• The Card can now be emptied for re-issuing to another guest
• feeds the guest name as well as the time and date of when the guest is due to check out
• The card will automatically EXPIRE by itself, if the guest keeps it past their Check out time & date
